Hi, my name is Teuwilla. I am a wife, mother of three, and passionate believer in the power of faith, family, and sisterhood. My journey through motherhood and personal growth has taught me the importance of resilience, love, and taking care of our bodies and minds.
Through Fitsistership, I am committed to uplifting and empowering women to become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves. I believe that when women support one another, incredible growth and transformation can happen, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually as well.
Secretary
My name is Rachelle Solomua. I am a wife of 18 years, a mom of 5, and one God-fearing woman. I have been a Fitsister since Round 2, and I am an advocate of this platform.
This round I am the secretary of FitSisters, and will continue to be a challenger in the FitCouples. This platform is for accountability because it works and is definitely needed. I am excited to work alongside people who use themselves as prime examples. With prayers, communication, teamwork, and weekly check-ins, all of this is possible. God bless us all.

My name is Mabel Ioane from Orange County, California. As your Nutrition and Fitness Coach, my focus is to influence you in changing your nutrition habits through education and proper motivation.
I am a firm believer that weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% being active. I am here to help guide you as you reach your individual goals and create a healthier lifestyle for yourself and your family.

I’m Salamasina Ali, but I go by Sala for short. I became a fitness and run coach after spending years trying to become a runner and lose weight and trying every diet and program I could think of.
My goal is to help design a manageable and fun program that works for real life and helps women become happier, more confident, and stronger.
Mental Health & Life Coach
As a Life Coach, I’m here to help you tap into your full potential, find direction, and accomplish your goals. I support individuals in transition to create long-term, sustainable change in their lives.
