FitBrothership is a community of men who come together to help keep each other stay accountable to improve health and weight loss through heavy support and empowerment.
6 week Challenge will start on Monday Nov 3rd
The goal is to get you to a healthier lifestye!
(One registration per person)
1st step: after registration a representative will reach out to you via email or text to assign you to a coach who will meet via zoom with you individually for 30 mins. Pls allow 48-72hrs to hear back after registration. Please ensure your email and phone number is correct! This meeting will be done a week before your challenge starts. Your assigned coach will help build your meal plan and go over time management to ensure you fit your workouts in.
Your coach will be available to you throughout the entire challenge. You will meet with your coach via zoom, periodically for updates. Midway point of your challenge and the last week of the challenge.
2nd step: Meet and Greet with your peers. There will be a virtual 'Q & A' meeting with ALL Challengers & Elite that will be held via zoom so it is very important to be present and be serious with this journey. Meet & Greet Date meeting will be given to you by your coach.
Step 3: MUST Policies for expectations to your success with us is provided in our 'Policies' tab and provided in our Highlights on our Instagram page: Fit_sistership .

FINAL STEPS:
1) Create a fitness page - to record your workouts.
2) Send us DM to your regional page & follow both the main and regional page once your fitness page is created.
3) Buy a scale for your weekly weigh-ins.
4) Prepare, Plan and Rest!
